Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or on the grounds of Day Kimball Hospital or any Day Kimball location. This includes all properties, buildings, outdoor grounds, parking areas including in personal vehicles and company vehicles.

It is the policy of Day Kimball Healthcare (DKH) and its affiliates to provide an environment free of smoking on its main campus and all other locations. As a health care institution committed to promoting health and safety, DKH is taking a positive leadership role in implementing the Smoke-Free Healthcare Campus initiative to reduce smoking, to encourage non-smoking and to promote a clean air environment for our patients, employees, medical staff, visitors and the community.

Smoking products include, but are not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic cigarettes/vaping.
